Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Use
Your access to and use of Send2 FZ-LLC (“Send2”) services (Send2 services include the Send2 website, mobile application(s), any current or future API(s), or any other current or future content accessible via the Send2 website, mobile application(s) and API(s), (together, our “Services”)) is subject exclusively to our Terms and Conditions of Use. You will not use Send2 Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions of Use.
If you continue to browse and use our Services, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use, which together with our Privacy Policy, govern Send2’s relationship with you. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions of Use, please do not use our Services.
Advice
Send2’s Services do not constitute a promotion, nor is the information provided through our Services financial advice, and should not be relied upon in making any financial decision. You should exercise caution and use your own judgement when making any financial decision. Send2 is not liable for any direct or indirect loss that you may incur as a result of information obtained through the use of our Services.
Account Creation
To receive rate alerts, users will need to register on the platform and Send2 requires your name and mobile number to enable us to send your alert.
Account(s) you create with banks, exchange houses or other financial services providers (“Money Service Provider(s)”) are not related to your Send2 account in any way, and are outside the purview of Send2 Services. Any problems, issues or questions related to your account(s) with Money Service Provider(s) should be addressed to the concerned Money Service Provider(s). Send2 is not liable directly or indirectly for any issues or losses that you may incur directly or indirectly, as part of your account(s) and/or transaction(s) with any Money Service Provider(s).
Money Service Provider(s) Fees, Charges and Promotions
Send2 aims to provide detailed and transparent information to consumers on rates, fees, service charges and/or any other charges that Money Service Provider(s) may charge a consumer. However, Send2 does not accept any liability for the accuracy of this information and you should not make a financial decision solely based on the data provided by Send2’s Services. You should carefully examine fees and charges directly with the Money Service Provider(s) prior to undertaking any transaction. Money Service Provider(s) may provide information on deals and promotions on Send2’s Services from time to time; Send2 is not responsible for the accuracy and validity of such deals and/or promotions. If Money Service Provider(s) are unable to provide you a deal or promotion, Send2 is not liable for the same.
Partnerships and Referrals
Send2 may partner with Money Service Provider(s) and other such organisations and companies, and may realise a referral payment when Send2 users use such services provided by such partners. You understand and agree that any such partnerships and/or referrals do not constitute a financial promotion or financial advice, and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any financial decision.
Send2 neither represents any of its current or future partners, nor is represented by them. You are solely responsible for making your financial decisions, based on your own judgment. Send2 is not liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly, that you may incur as part of any financial transaction conducted through links contained in our Services.
Send2 may include links to third party websites, services or content that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites or services is not an endorsement of such websites or services and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such websites or services.
Ratings and Reviews
Send2 users have the ability to write reviews for Money Service Provider(s). Only registered and signed in users are permitted to write reviews. Should you decide to post reviews, the review must comply with the following guidelines:
- no profanity or foul language;
- relevant to the provider and your own experience; and
- comply with general standards of polite and professional language.
Submitted reviews will undergo an approval process and will be verified to ensure compliance to the above guidelines. Your review may be edited for grammar and punctuation, and will be posted within a few business days. Should we decide that your review fails to meet our review guidelines, we may choose to not approve your review for publication. All decisions made by Send2 in this regard will be final. You may, however, submit a new review, which will also go through our normal approval process.
Change of Use
Send2 reserves the right to change or remove (temporarily or permanently) its Services or any part(s) thereof without notice, and you confirm that Send2 shall not be liable, either directly or indirectly, to you for any such change or removal.
Send2 reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time, and your continued use of Send2 services following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change(s).
Intellectual Property
All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in Send2 Services and content (including, without limitation, the design, text, graphics and all software and source codes, design, text, graphics connected with Send2’s website, mobile applications(s), APIs and any other content) are owned by or licensed to Send2, or otherwise used by Send2 as permitted by law.
In accessing Send2 Services you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. No content supplied through Send2 Services may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of Send2.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Send2 services are provided on an “as is”, and “as available” basis, without any representation or endorsement made, and without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
Your use of any information or materials through our Services is entirely at your own risk, for which Send2 shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through Send2’s Services meet your specific requirements. To the extent permitted by law, Send2 will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits), arising out of or in connection with the use of Send2’s Services.
Send2 makes no warranty that the functionality of our Services will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that Send2’s Services or the server that makes the Services available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Send2 and its officers, employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Send2 arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions of Use or other liabilities arising out of your use of Send2’s Services.
Severance
If any of these Terms and Conditions of Use should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

If we decide to change our Terms and Conditions of Use, we will post such changes on this page, and update the Terms and Conditions of Use modification date below.
